Company: Investorm Fund (“Investorm,” “we,” “our,” “us”)

1. Purpose

The Investorm Referral Program rewards existing Clients who introduce new Investors to our platform. This policy defines eligibility, bonus structures, payment schedules, and compliance requirements.

2. Eligibility

• The Referral Program is open to all registered Clients of Investorm with accounts in good standing.

• To qualify, you must have completed KYC verification.

• Self-referrals (e.g., creating duplicate accounts via your own referral link) are strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Rewards

     a) Sign-Up Bonus

• • You earn $5 USDT for each referred Investor who:

    1. Registers through your referral link,

    2. Completes KYC verification, and

    3. Activates a Fund Strategy allocation.

      b) Level 1 Commission (Direct Referrals)

• • You earn 1% of the initial capital commitment made by your direct referral.

  • Example: If your referral invests $1,000 into a Growth Strategy, you earn $10 USDT.

      c) Level 2 Commission (Indirect Referrals)

• • If your referral introduces another Investor, you earn 0.5% of that second-level Investor’s initial capital commitment.

  • Example: If your referral’s referral invests $1,000, you earn $5 USDT.

4. Payment of Referral Rewards

• Rewards are credited in USDT to your Investorm wallet.

• Payouts are processed weekly, alongside Strategy yield distributions.

• Referral rewards are subject to the standard Withdrawal Policy.

5. Limits & Conditions

• Commissions apply only to initial commitments into a Fund Strategy (not reinvestments or renewals).

• There is no maximum number of referrals you may generate.

• Abuse of the program, including fraud, false accounts, or referral manipulation, will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account suspension.

6. Transparency

• Clients can track referrals and earned commissions through their Referral Dashboard.

• Dashboard details include:

  • Referral ID (masked for privacy),

  • Strategy selected by the referral,

  • Commission amount earned.

7. Disclaimer

• Investorm reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• Referral rewards are considered promotional incentives and should not be relied upon as guaranteed income.

• Participation constitutes acceptance of this Referral Policy and the general Terms & Conditions of Investorm.
