1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the investorm.fund website or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Investor,” “Client,” “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Services. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Services Provided

  • Investorm provides access to structured Fund Strategies (Yield Strategies, Growth Strategies, and Capital Reserve Strategies).

  • Each Strategy involves allocations across different markets.

  • Target Yields displayed on the website represent indicative ranges based on historical performance and market analysis. These figures are not guaranteed and are subject to volatility and risk.

  • All investments carry a some risk, including the potential loss of your principal. Please review our Risk Disclaimer for details.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or legal majority in your jurisdiction).

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including securities, taxation, and anti-money laundering regulations.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and as requested thereafter.

4. Investor Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for any funds you allocate into Investorm Strategies.

  • You agree not to use the Services for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account is deemed your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately to support@investorm.fund.

5. Withdrawals & Distributions

  • Yield accrues weekly but distributions are made only at the end of each Strategy horizon (e.g., 2–24 weeks).

  • Principal is returned in full at the end of the Strategy term, unless otherwise specified in the investment agreement.

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 24hrs following maturity, subject to AML/KYC clearance.

  • Delays may occur due to market conditions, liquidity, or technical factors. Investors will be notified via email or platform updates.

6. Fees

  • Investorm may charge transaction, withdrawal, or management fees, in the future.

  • Fees are subject to change, with prior notice provided through email or website updates.

  • Continued use of Services after fee adjustments constitutes acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Investorm, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Losses resulting from market volatility, trading outcomes, or economic conditions.

  • Interruptions or failures of third-party services, including brokers, exchanges, or payment processors.

  • Regulatory actions or governmental restrictions affecting your investments.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and excludes damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Amendments

  • Investorm may amend these Terms to reflect changes in Services, laws, or business practices.

  • Updates will be published on investorm.fund and communicated via email.

  • Continued use of Services after updates signifies acceptance of revised Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, graphics, software, branding) is the exclusive property of Investorm or its licensors.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without written consent.

10. Termination

  • Investorm reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail eligibility criteria.

  • Upon termination, outstanding yield distributions and principal returns will be processed per the Strategy agreement and subject to available funds.
