Company: Investorm Fund (“Investorm,” “we,” “our,” “us”)

1. Purpose

This Withdrawal Policy defines the process, timelines, and conditions under which investors may withdraw capital and yield from their selected Fund Strategies. It ensures transparency and consistency across Yield, Growth, and Capital Reserve Strategies.

2. Eligibility for Withdrawals

Withdrawals are permitted only at the end of the Strategy horizon only for 2, 3 and 4 week strategies. For 6, 12 and 24 week Strategies, profits are withdrawn weekly.
Requests for early withdrawal may be subject to penalties, fees, or forfeiture of accrued yield.

3. Yield Distribution

Yield accrues weekly but is distributed only at maturity of the selected Strategy.
Example: For Yield Strategy l-lII, yield accrues weekly but is paid in full at the end of the Strategy horizon.
No partial or interim yield withdrawals are permitted.

4. Principal Return

100% of the initial capital commitment (“principal”) is returned at the end of the Strategy horizon, along with accrued yield for the last week.
Principal return is credited to the same wallet address or payment method used for the original deposit unless updated and verified by the investor.

5. Processing Timeline

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business days following Strategy maturity.
Additional processing time may apply if external blockchain networks experience congestion or delays.
All withdrawals are subject to AML/KYC verification prior to release.

6. Fees

Network Fees: Applicable blockchain (gas) fees are deducted from each withdrawal.
Service Fees: No hidden withdrawal fees are charged by Investorm. Any exceptional fees (e.g., early withdrawal penalty) will be disclosed in advance.

7. Security Measures

Withdrawals are processed using multi-signature cold storage procedures to safeguard client assets.
Requests from unverified wallet addresses or accounts failing AML/KYC requirements will be rejected.
Investors are responsible for ensuring wallet address accuracy; Investorm is not liable for funds sent to incorrect or compromised addresses provided by clients.

8. Amendments

Investorm reserves the right to update this Withdrawal Policy in line with evolving compliance obligations, market conditions, or operational adjustments. Updates will be posted on investorm.fund with the revised effective date.
