Company: Investorm Fund (“Investorm,” “we,” “our,” “us”)

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy governs how deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled in relation to Investorm’s structured Fund Strategies (Yield Strategies, Growth Strategies, and Capital Reserve Strategies). Its purpose is to ensure fairness, compliance, and transparency for all Investors.

2. Deposits

All deposits into Investorm Strategies are final once activated.
Once funds are allocated to trading pools, deposits become non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Before Activation

If a Client requests cancellation before Strategy activation, the deposit will be refunded minus applicable network or processing fees.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method used.

4. Cancellation After Activation

Once a Strategy has been activated, the capital remains locked for the full duration of the Strategy horizon (e.g., 2 weeks, 12 weeks, 24 weeks).
Early cancellation is not permitted, except under extraordinary circumstances subject to management review and discretion.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

An operational error occurred on Investorm’s part (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect deposit amount).
A deposit was never allocated to the selected Strategy due to technical issues.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Blockchain network (gas) fees associated with deposits or withdrawals.
Administrative or processing fees incurred at the time of funding.
Any yield already accrued under an active Strategy.

7. Investor Responsibility

Investors must ensure all deposit details (wallet address, amount, currency) are accurate before sending funds.
Investors are responsible for reviewing Strategy terms carefully before committing.

8. Amendments

Investorm reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy to reflect changes in operational processes, compliance requirements, or market practices. Updates will be posted on investorm.fund with the revised effective date.
